Annual Home Care

This service is for the property owner who would like total peace of mind knowing that their Spanish investment is safe and cared for to a high standard in their absence. For this service we will carryout the following.

Home Care Package

• Secure Key holding service.
• Weekly internal and external home inspection.
• Airing of all rooms.
• Checking all doors and windows are locked.
• Checking all shutters and blinds are closed.
• Checking operation of heating and air-conditioning.
• Replace any failed light bulbs.
• Flush all toilets and run all taps including showers.
• Mail handling service – Mail will be left in the property or sent to a forwarding address.
• Checking of security systems (if applicable).
• Water all indoor house plants.
• Photos taken of any internal or external damage and immediately forward by email. We can also organize quotations for the necessary repairs.

Each week we will send you an Inspection Report via email or fax. (Click here for sample Inspection Report).
